TanaNail gladly accepts orders from most countries except Africa and the Middle East. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. To find out the cost of shipping to your place, see Shipping Fee or simply add the items you want into the shopping cart, and prior to making payment, the cost of shipping will be automatically calculate for you.
We provide shipping options of Registered Airmail and Expedited Shipping to customers. Tracking number will be available for these types of shipping after dispatch. Signature is required for accepting the parcel. Your packages will be sent out in about 2 - 7 business days after receiving payment depending which items you have purchased. For standard shipping, your item will arrive in about 10 - 14 business days for US, UK and most Asia countries. For South America and other European countries, 2 - 3 weeks may be required. Occasional delay may occur due to custom handling for international parcels. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We are not responsible for any custom fees in a foreign country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Free shipping
Orders which are eligible for free shipping are shipped via International Airmail (without tracking no.). Registered Airmail service will be provided with additional charge.
If you are not happy with the products you have received, we can offer you money back or an exchange ( Handmade Japanese Nail Set can be returned only if defective), as long as we are informed that you wish to return / exchange your products, within 7 days of you receiving them. Please see our returns policy for details on how to do this.
If you wish to return your goods for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order, please send the request to us via email. We will then issue a return reference number to you. Once you receive the return reference number please enclose this with your returned items.
Exchange or refund can be arranged depending on our stock levels. We will refund the cost of your items by the same method you paid in when we receive the items in original and unused condition. Shipping fee will not be refunded. Your items can be returned only one time for each order if the reason is not due to our error. Customers are responsible for the shopping costs incurred in this case. Sale items can be returned only if defective.
International customers are advised to return your items by registered mail for added security. Please mark as (returned goods) for customs.
