Q: How can I make a purchase?
A: Make a purchase in TanaNail is easy just follow these basic steps:
  1. Browse our store and add any items that you want to buy into the shopping basket by simply clicking 'Buy' button at the bottom of or next to each product.
  2. When you have completed your shopping, please click "Show Cart" button at the Shopping Cart panel at the left hand side of the page. The detail of your selected items and prices will be listed out in the page. You may modify your order if you want and then click "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page.
  3. Fill in shipping address, select your ship methods and payment method and necessary information to complete the purchase. Please make sure you have checked your order detail before submitting your order.
  4. Once you have completed and paid for your items, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship to most countries except Africa and the Middle East.

Q: Are all prices in US dollars?
A: The default prices are in US dollars. You may change it to UK pounds or Euro with currency converter at the right user panel.

Q: What shipping method can I choose?
A: We provide shipping options of Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping to customers. Tracking number will be sent to customer after dispatch. For customers outside US, signature is required for accepting the parcel.

Orders which are eligible for free shipping are shipped via Standard Shipping.

Q: How much does the shipping cost?
A: We charge US$5 flat rate Standard Shipping on U.S. and worldwide orders. Shipping fee of Expedited Shipping varies on order weight. To find out the cost of shipping to your place, simply add the items you want into the shopping cart, and prior to making payment, the cost of shipping will be automatically calculate for you.

Q: How much sales tax should I pay?
A: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We are not responsible for any custom fees in a foreign country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We use PayPal to process our credit card payments for customers who do not have Paypal account. You can also use your PayPal account to pay for your purchase if you have one.

Q: Will I get an order confirmation?
A: You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order in TanaNail.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: For handmade nails order, your packages will be sent out from Hong Kong in about 7 business days after receiving payment. Order of other nail products will be sent out in 2 business days.  Order usually arrive in about 10 - 14 days after dispatch for US, UK and most Asia countries via Standard Shipping, 3 - 6 days are required for Expedited Shipping. Occasional delay may occur due to custom handling for international parcels.

Q: How can I check my order status?

Q: What do I do if my order has not arrived?
A: Your packages will be sent out in about 2 - 7 business days after receiving payment and will arrive in 10 - 14 business days for US, UK and most Asia countries. For South America and other European countries, 2 - 3 weeks may be required. Occasional delay may occur due to custom handling for international parcels. Q: What happens if my goods are defective?

We will arrange a refund or exchange depending on stock levels. Please see our Money Back Guarantee and Returns Policy for further information.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: You should contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange the return for you. Please read the detail procedures in our Returns Policy.

Q: Can I return the products if I don't like?
A: Yes, if you are not happy with the products you have received, we can offer you money back or an exchange ( Handmade Japanese Nail Set can be returned only if defective), as long as we are informed that you wish to return / exchange your products, within 7 days of you receiving them. Q: How do I set up an account?
A: You are recommended to set up an account for easy shopping with us. Please click "Register" in login panel at the left hand side of the page. Fill in the required information and check the box next to ※I agree to the Terms of Service (Terms of Service)§ at the bottom of the registration page if you agree with the terms. Submit your information by pressing ※Send Registration§ button to complete the process.

Q: I've forgotten my password or user name, how do I get a new one?
A: Click "Lost Password" or "Forgot your username" in the login panel. Enter the e-mail address associated with your user account. A verification token will be e-mailed to you to reset password or re-send username to your e-mail address.

Q: Can I make sure my personal information will not be disclosed?
A: We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Q: How can I cancel my account?

All custom-made order cannot be canceled.

Q: How to apply the nail stickers to my nails?
A: Step 1 : Apply your protective base and nail polish, and wait till it dry.
Step 2 : Peel off the sticker carefully with tweezer.
Step 3 : Gently place the sticker on your nail. When correctly positioned, press it down with your finger.
Step 4 : Apply one or a few top coats to your nails to protect the stickers and nail polish.
Tip : Add another top coat after 2 or 3 days to improve resistance and make the seal long lasting.

Q: How to apply and remove the 3D nail chips?
A: To apply:
Step 1: Clean your nails with nail polish remover.
Step 2: Use nail file to shape the edges of the false nail if it does not fit perfectly.
Step 3: Apply a thin layer of nail glue on your nails ONE AT A TIME.
Step 4: Place the false nail on your nails gently and press it down. Hold for 10 seconds to stick it tight.
Step 5: Repeat step 3 and 4 on to the next nail.

To remove:
Step 1: Prepare a pot of warm water with hand soap.
Step 2: Soak your fingers in warm water for about 10 minutes or more.
Step 3: Carefully remove the nails from the side that is starting to lift already. Keep soaking until all of them eventually are removed.
Step 4: Remove the residual glue from the false nail and keep them in a clean manner.
